Today I purchased a book about Kent 

As it is my home county 

It was as I was travelling through this book 

That I discovered a long lost fly

A fly who had never left 

The House of Many Colours 

Where it had slept for many decades 

Near to the residence of the Culpepper Children 

Who were only nine and twenty 

Pages shy of the final resting place 

Of this unfortunate creature
