Sorry to be a stranger 

Still in the US 

As these are interesting days 

I have read about the new runway 

And how it will destroy 

Ancient villages and other settlements 

This is not progress 

And many people will suffer 

I do not have any problems with progress 

After all the rail network (or what’s left of it) 

Was progress and it changed the world 

But the way this government is acting 

Is just spiteful bullying and nothing else 

This I will not tolerate 

The UK is a Ship of Fools 

We are just being laughed it 

I do approve of what is happening here in the US 

The country is moving in the right direction 

Common Sense is being used 

I wish that this was the case in the UK 

Everything is in decay 

There is a saying that a bullet 

In the right place changes history 

That is so true

Although I am a peaceful man

I fully agree with direct action 

When all other avenues are exhausted 

At present my pen is far stronger than my sword 

Let us hope that remains that way
