I am sorry that this is little more than an oversized postcard 

As you can see I have visited the White Sands National Park 

Rod Cassie Gerry and I have been driving without really resting 

I feel that I am tasting the real Amerika

 It makes the UK seem so small 

We have visited so many interesting places 

Including where Georgia O’Keefe once lived 

Mere words cannot illustrate the vastness of this state 

It reminds of so much of Australia which is within our recent memory 

One of our visits almost brought me to tears as we found the lonely grave of a child 

Loral Eugene Trotter who died in 1907 was en route to a new life with his pioneer parents 

It is situated next to Route 60 and the railroad in Roosevelt County 

A small grave almost lost in the hostile conditions of the area

I have run out of space as you can see
