My sister collects porcelain dolls 

Some are quite beautiful 

She considers them all

To be her dear friends 

I am currently constructing a dolls house 

Using odd pieces of driftwood 

Found on the beach after summer storms 

Occasionally Desiree gifts me damaged dolls 

I have three in total and am promised two more 

It gives me a great pleasure to nurse 

Each of them back to health
