I enjoy walking in the countryside

Andee lives in East Kent

And we walk together

Whenever we can

My favourite roads

Are the Roman Roads

Which are always straight

This confused Andee who noted

That Roman Roads

Are not as straight as I thought

Some have pronounced curves

And I should not make assumptions

About these roads being straight

As this might confuse

Roman Roads were after all connected

With the transportation of salt
