Reflected Decay

When I was very young

I planted a bomb

Which later exploded

Causing minor damage

Nobody was hurt

For this I received

Fifteen years

I was released a decade ago

It was a fair sentence

Which changed my life

I sell mirrors these days

That reflect those

Who have also planted bombs

Far worse than mine

They still walk the streets

As free men and women
