I would not go that far

Why as Japan is further away

There is an item of the menu

Which is written in English

Why is it called that Silly Girl

It is not called that dear brother

But is called The Apple Apple and Cinnamon Cake

As only two apples are used

So if the chef used three apples

Would it be sensibly called

The Apple Apple Apple and Cinnamon Cake
