still on the Long Walk<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tall and handsome<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0He was looking over his fianc\u00e9e\u2019s slender shoulders<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the budding blossom trees<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She in her delicate way was quietly watching<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Butterflies with the Golden Wings<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As they studied their brilliant reflections<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the mirrors of the late morning dew\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>White Mists<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The white mists have cleared<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your sun now caresses the quiet valley<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pheasants guard their brittle eggs<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And dream of our summer days<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The Ramsbury Ghost Trees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When passing the Ramsbury Ghost Trees<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am always quite stunned<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the paleness of their tender limbs<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only Heaven is aware of this madness<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Avebury on a Spring Day<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Never cast a clout<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Until May is out<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Or so the old saying goes<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>But what luxury it is to walk across ones courtyard<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Without the need for shoes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Or winter garments<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amerikan Gothik was running her fingers through the delicate pink blossom of the only tree<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the pastel petals she could see the proud stones<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High in the sheep meadows<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gaspar Becerra was sketching his fianc\u00e9e in light charcoal<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>In the morning light the artist<br \/>\nPondered over his secret shame<br \/>\nBrutal weary and disheartened<br \/>\nStill he mused and dreamt of fame\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He requested that she keep still<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Be still my love nobody or nobody will purchase my daubing\u2019s<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>How may I keep keep still on this day full of beauty?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Spring has arrived<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>See we have visitors in the field<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>What do you think they make of us?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>I do not think they really care<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>They have come to visit the stones<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Not to spy on an artist and his muse<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>But I am drowning in this pastel tree<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Will they not rescue me?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>One should not be rescued from beauty<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>That is a well-known fact<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>They have no interest in us<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amerikan Gothik climbed over the low case wall and walked towards the nearest stone<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She hugged it and ran her light hand over its weathered surface<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>See I am awakening it from its winters sleep\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>I will hold it in my arms for a few moments more<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>And I shall sketch you loving the piebald stone<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Spring has arrived and is here to stay<br \/>\nThat is my wish until the end of May<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2018<\/p>\n<p
