{"id":11281,"date":"2022-07-14T22:18:30","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T21:18:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stuartpoetry.art\/?p=11281"},"modified":"2022-07-14T22:19:07","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T21:19:07","slug":"letter-to-the-local-rag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stuartmillerosborne.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/14\/letter-to-the-local-rag\/","title":{"rendered":"Letter to the Local Rag"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Sir<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As we live quite close to The Zetland Arms in Kingsdown we consider it our local if such an animal\u00a0exists.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>However we did notice\u00a0a couple of errors\u00a0on page six of the What&#8217;s On supplement in this week&#8217;s paper.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Firstly Kingsdown is nearer to Walmer than it is to Deal by a good mile and a bit.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>And secondly the photograph showing\u00a0The Zetland Arms has been altered to suggest that the pebbled beach stretches right up to the patio.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This is not the case as there is a small car park directly in front of the Zetland and some rather nice beach tables beyond.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Zetland Arms is a great place to visit and serves excellent food and a great selection of drinks.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Its location right on the beach is just lovely as is the village of Kingsdown itself.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We thought that would just put this right as we do not want to confuse our visitors from further afield.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>sincerely<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Anna and Anna<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Wellington\u00a0Parade<\/div>\n<div>Kingsdown<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sir As we live quite close to The Zetland Arms in Kingsdown we consider it our local if such an animal\u00a0exists.
