I love watching you shower Jane

All soap and sweet smells

I love your towelled nudity afterwards

And your scrubbed clean appearance

In a short while you will wear your gossamer gown

And your nudity will tease me as you drift around the room

All I can say to you is it jolly hard to write with an erection

What are you doing Stan

I am writing my article for Gerald

This is the second one out of six

What subject are you covering this time around

Russian writers and poets

You know how interested I am in Russian Literature Jane

I wish I had travelled with you to Tolstoy’s railway station

But one cannot travel with a broken leg

Most Russian poets seem to have led tragic lives

I agree

Russia is a tragic country

I feel very sad for it as it is the equal of Europe

Its tragedy is because of its ability to self destruct

Think of it if the revolution had never happened

What do you think it would have been like

An extension of Europe mostly

Who is the subject of your article Stan

Afanasy Fet

The poet

Yes

He is almost unheard of in the West

I agree which is surprising as he was one of greatest Russian lyric poets

Tell me about him

Well he did not die in duel

Or from a tragic disease

He was one of the poets of the Golden Age

Of Pushkin Batyushkov and others

He was a conservative landowner

Yet at the same time was a romantic poet

But due to complications surrounding his birth

He lost his noble title and privileges

When he was only fourteen

This scarred him for a long time

He spent many years trying to regain his nobility

When he was fifty-three the Emperor granted him this nobility

Fet is mainly known for his moving love poems

But that masked a great tragedy in his life

As his great love Maria Lazich commiited suicide

By setting herself on fire because Fet was unable to marry her

Due to her lack of fortune

Would you consider self-immolation if I did not love you Jane

No

That is good to know

I suppose that you would find it difficult as we are centrally heated

You are such a charmer Stan

And for that I am going to wear my dullest clothes

Just to spite you as I know you hate them

I tell you what if you tell me who you are going to write about next then I will stay like this

And a cup of tea with your gown wide open showing your golden cunt

That would be nice

Fuck Off Stan

No biscuits just tea

Then tell me about your next article

Sophia Parnok

You will enjoy her tragic life

A gay girl in Russia at the wrong time

She died young

Sophia had Graves Disease which affected her heart

Which is sad as she was known as the Russian Sappho

You are such an interesting person Stan

But such a shit

Thank you
