I am sitting on a rock<\/p>\n

My name is Eve<\/p>\n

You look out to sea<\/p>\n

Searching for long departed ships<\/p>\n

I think you are civilised<\/p>\n

But you are not so sure<\/p>\n

Your boldness infuriates me<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eve and the Geckos <\/b><\/p>\n

When you lay in the sun<\/p>\n

Geckos frequently run across your body<\/p>\n

To aid their direction<\/p>\n

You have marked out many routes<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eve and the Primates <\/b><\/p>\n

When you are away<\/p>\n

I often sit in the branches of trees<\/p>\n

With various primates<\/p>\n

For reasons unknown to us<\/p>\n

We examine each other\u2019s knees<\/p>\n

Eve Dreaming <\/b><\/p>\n

He watches me sleep<\/p>\n

And gently touches my skin<\/p>\n

But this is not love<\/p>\n

For he steals my dreams<\/p>\n

And sells them to passing travellers<\/p>\n

Who return them to me much soiled<\/p>\n
