When I was studying to be an architect <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I shared a Fulham flat with two girls <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who were both quite attractive <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You might say that I was a lucky fellow <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that was not the case <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As I found them quite irritating at times <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These are some of the charges
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1\/ Whenever I was either shaving or cleaning my teeth they would come into the bathroom to take a piss <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2\/ I do not find girls pissing erotic unlike some other perverts <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3\/ They would both have an emotional crisis at least once a month <\/p>\n\n\n\n
4\/ They did not like football even though Fulham FC were just around the corner <\/p>\n\n\n\n
5\/ Fat friends – they invited their fat female friends to stay at weekends<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6\/ I do not find fat women attractive especially in states of undress (it can be brutal before a coffee)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7\/ Sanitary products – as no matter how hard they tried I found the odd white mouse in the wet room bin<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8\/ Asking me if I could sleep on the settee when their friends stayed <\/p>\n\n\n\n
9\/ My only rule was that their friends had to be attractive (No Dogs Allowed) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
10\/ My bed was my safe space as it was the location of my dreams (this had to be understood)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am now a successful architect and am happily married with two brats <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yet I sometimes think of those carefree days with a certain nostalgia <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My flatmates still live together<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Richmond near the river <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They were married last year <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elisabeth and I attended their Richmond wedding <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are planning to move to the Cotswolds quite soon<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I have been asked to help them renovate a barn <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which I have agreed to do <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Free of charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As long as they call their firstborn <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Richmond <\/p>\n\n\n\n
