{"id":18127,"date":"2023-12-24T17:47:05","date_gmt":"2023-12-24T17:47:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stuartmillerosborne.co.uk\/?p=18127"},"modified":"2023-12-24T17:47:05","modified_gmt":"2023-12-24T17:47:05","slug":"cinema-cafe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stuartmillerosborne.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/24\/cinema-cafe\/","title":{"rendered":"Cinema Cafe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You asked about the most erotic film I have ever watched\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a French movie that I saw when I was quite young&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I cannot&nbsp;remember its title but I think it was called Leonard of the Sun&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a French movie typically shot in black and white and was on the lower half of a double bill\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whilst the main feature was a violent gangster movie\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The support was altogether&nbsp;more subtle&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It did not really have a storyline&nbsp;just moments of expression&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Small theatres&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The man was a bricklayer&nbsp;who sculpted&nbsp;when he could and only took the job so that he could steal materials&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He considered himself to be great artist when in fact he was very limited&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This frustrated him&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bricklayer&nbsp;called himself&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Isidore<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Ducasse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The girl in the movie was not given a name&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>She was only referred\u00a0to as She or The Country Girl\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Like the man the girl considered herself\u00a0to be an artist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0But her work is not seen\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For most of the movie she wears jeans<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>She is always barefoot\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This I found subtly erotic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0But there is a scene towards the end of the film where she is seen standing at a window<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0Wearing nothing but a short tee shirt\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I was not really expecting this to happen and possibly it changed the way that I looked at French Cinema<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>But it was not the nudity that surprised me but how the scene was conducted\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>As the reason that the girl was standing at the window was so she could ask questions about certain landmarks in Paris\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>That she is half nude is not important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0It was the natural way this was handled that made it so erotic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0I can still remember it to this day\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You asked about the most erotic film I have ever watched\u00a0 It was a French movie that I saw when I was quite young&nbsp;
