I have been asked to play Gossamer Beynon in a production of Under Milk Wood <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which is being directed by my husband Donald <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has warned me in advance that I will have to briefly reveal my breasts <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My best friend Jennifer Jones will also bare her lipstick breasts <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wicked girls on the way to Hell <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This I hope will bring more punters through the door<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which is a sad commentary <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that is how expensive things are <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I think that Jenny is the obvious choice for Mae Rose Cottage <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As she has the look of tease and sin on her flaxen face <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Light coloured skin blue grey eyes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That hide all of the world’s wicked lies <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The production if all goes to plan will open in May <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When our lovely town is on the cusp of summer <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Donald has the small part of Organ Morgan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whilst Sally who is in charge of lighting <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Plays Mrs Organ Morgan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He tells me that the many of the problems <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That one faces when staging Under Milk Wood <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Are not solved without labour and much difficulty <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But we will come through <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am certain of that <\/p>\n\n\n\n
May follows April <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And will always chase the heat of June <\/p>\n\n\n\n
