Nobody will ever forget that storm <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It caused so much damage <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Including my lovely home <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which was crushed by a falling branch <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whilst Pippin and I were collecting carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My owner promised us a new hutch <\/p>\n\n\n\n
More splendid that the last <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And employed Stanley Stuart as his architect <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wow you always seem to fall on your feet<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I am confused as you say you are now homeless <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It all went well for a while whilst my owner was abroad <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was very excited as our new hutch was spectacular <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was the King of all Hutches <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But then they started arguing <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The architect and my owner <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why did they argue <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because my owner wanted a lyrical hutch <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Full of circles curves and other organic surprises <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But he was presented with a bleak austere concrete hutch <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He called it brutalist and designed without love <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My owner refused to pay the architects fee <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is that why you became homeless <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes as the architect destroyed the hutch with a hammer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Did that frighten you <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Very much <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pippin and I ran away with all of God’s speed <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And have been squatting ever since <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then I might be able to help you <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In what way <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since I last saw you I have moved <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And now live with all of my friends <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the railway embankment <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Near the distant and home signals <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is something of a cooperative where everything is shared <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do you have the room <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have lots of room <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As when the line was electrified <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The embankment was reshaped considerably <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you ignore the cables and the rare maintenance visits<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then it is a wonderful place <\/p>\n\n\n\n
