Shot a number of years ago <\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the father of my American friend <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which showed him ripping up a magazine <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That featured Jane Fonda on the cover <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was taken as the Vietnam War <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Was drawing to a close <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He does not speak <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although he quietly mutters<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bitch <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under his breath <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was a betrayal <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is still happening today <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As people who are basically good <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Are supporting bad people <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A large number are brainwashed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By those with malignant agendas <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who prey on basic stupidity and naive views <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These are the same wars <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only updated<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nothing has changed <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That is why I count on you as a friend<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In all the years I have known you <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You thoughts have not really changed <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Everything to you is black and white <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a world of grey people <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wish there were more people like ewe<\/p>\n\n\n\n
