Waiting for a ferry in Santander<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The weather is cooler <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Than it was in the south <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have always been in love <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With Santander<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which has beautiful white beaches <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And loose wild bays <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eve has decided to continue travelling <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With Jean who I met again recently <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was going to change my plans <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To align with their wishes <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But was informed that my dog <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Was dangerously ill <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have been great friends <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For many years<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I would hate myself<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If Indigo died without me <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I still have loose plans to join Eve <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As she is planning to sail with Jean <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On her brothers yacht <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my wallet I have photographs <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of both girls wearing identical dresses <\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the Monteery House of Fashion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jean is considerably taller than Eve <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And carries her dress very well <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whereas the flat dramatic colours <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tend to envelop Eve’s petite figure <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
