I am currently on holiday in Portugal <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salema to be precise<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All is well with my day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My lovely wife is in the pool <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is naked<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jane always swims naturally<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am writing this very poem <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the back of a newspaper<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was to be called SSS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I changed my mind <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As there are a large number <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of Small Smiling Salamanders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here in Salema and elsewhere<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are shy but inquisitive creatures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who appear to enjoy a carefree existence<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jane is walking towards her towel <\/p>\n\n\n\n
People are passing along the beach lane <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It a a generous combination <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Everyone is happy <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have now completed this poem<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And am reading the sports pages <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This said my coffee is now cool cold <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Much to the amusement <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of the Small Smiling Salamanders
