Clive and Marina had been on the island for just over a day<\/p>\n

He watched his wife as she swam elegantly<\/p>\n
From one end of the pool to the other<\/p>\n

A car full of cops raced past Marina<\/p>\n
Towards the headquarters of MAK Industries<\/p>\n
She smiled sweetly<\/p>\n
At a newspaper vendor from the Maghreb<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A fellow teacher asked Marina out for a coffee<\/p>\n
She told him that she was married<\/p>\n
And that her husband was in France<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
As they lay on the loungers<\/p>\n
Next to the pool<\/p>\n
Clive and Marina<\/p>\n
Shared a French newspaper<\/p>\n
That contained a report about the assassination<\/p>\n
Of Jean (Jack) Blessed<\/p>\n
That had occurred outside the Paris headquarters<\/p>\n
Of MAK Industries<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In Paris Marina disposed of the gun<\/p>\n
In a trash can outside of a fast food outlet<\/p>\n
The gun was clean<\/p>\n
And was to be collected by two Mossad agents<\/p>\n
Within the hour<\/p>\n

In Tel Aviv Marina went for a coffee<\/p>\n
With David Ben Soutine<\/p>\n
As he had told her that he was gay<\/p>\n
He gave her the details of her next hit<\/p>\n
As they shared a second coffee<\/p>\n

Two days later whilst Clive was completing his canvas<\/p>\n
Marina made an excuse and made her way<\/p>\n
To the far side of the island<\/p>\n
Where she shot a shipping magnate three times in the head<\/p>\n
She shot him again between the eyes<\/p>\n

She muttered as she placed the clean pistol in his lifeless hand<\/p>\n

Marina returned to the villa and swam in the pool<\/p>\n
She and Clive had planned to eat out<\/p>\n
But the assassination had caused a stir<\/p>\n
And they were advised by a handsome Greek cop<\/p>\n
To eat at home until it was safe<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In Tel Aviv as he lay next to a man he hardly knew<\/p>\n
David Ben Soutine was reading the poetry of Avraham Stern<\/p>\n
But he was thinking of Marina<\/p>\n
Who was to be his next hit<\/p>\n
He had not questioned his orders<\/p>\n
But was confused as to their intent<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
After making love to a delighted Clive<\/p>\n
Marina lay on the couch<\/p>\n
Covered only by a sheet<\/p>\n
She was reading the poetry of Avraham Stern<\/p>\n
But was thinking of David Ben Soutine<\/p>\n
Who she had been asked to kill<\/p>\n
