It is Sunday which is a special day in the convent<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Silence devotion and prayer and definitely\u00a0no smoking<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
But fuck that for a lark as I meet myself under the blankets<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I always do and I know that others do this during the night<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We hold each other naked in bed before the sun is fully up<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
And smoke in the vegetable\u00a0garden near the tomatoes after breakfast<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Our Mother Superior has modern ideas but is loyal to her cause<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
She frowns on her activities but turns a blind eye<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
As she knows that Christ would have approved of our sinful recreation<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
For when you strip it down it hurts nobody<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
From Monday to Saturday we do what it says on the box<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
But on Sundays we let our short hair down<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
What is eternity without fun\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n
These were the very words of Jesus<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I have written them in my prayer book<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
And tattooed them on my arse<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Next Sunday we were are going to try body painting<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
In a effort to decorate the convents whitewashed walls<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
It promises to be warm so after we have showered<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I will suggest that we head to the beach for the afternoon<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
And watch the beef boys parade around in their tiny shorts<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I have ordered myself a small bikini for the occasion<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
And if it is a success I will suggest a repeat on one of the naughtier beaches<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Who knows Jesus might be there with a few bottles of pop which will be great fun<\/div>\n
