Many years ago I went sailing with my sister during a memorably hot summer<\/p>\n
We would wake up early so that we could witness Superman flying across the sky<\/p>\n
If he did not appear then we would have a light breakfast before swimming in the turquoise bay<\/p>\n

One of my school teachers was named Mrs Nude<\/p>\n
She was in the habit of hugging trees<\/p>\n
Many thought that she was a hippy<\/p>\n
But I considered her to be quite straight laced<\/p>\n
Towards the end of a memorable summer<\/p>\n
She was killed by a falling branch<\/p>\n
My grief was so great at the time<\/p>\n
That I wrote to Superman<\/p>\n

Oh Superman<\/p>\n
My wife and I went to Greece last year<\/p>\n
It was a memorable summer with temperatures<\/p>\n
Hovering in the late thirties<\/p>\n
For some reason my wife wore the same pale blue dress<\/p>\n
