I was the astronaut the world forgot about<\/p>\n
Mission Control lost contact with me<\/p>\n
As I travelled in the shadows on the dark side of the moon<\/p>\n
They assumed that I had crashed and although a rescue craft was sent<\/p>\n
It ran out of fuel and had to return to Earth<\/p>\n
So that was that I was left alone on the moon<\/p>\n
But I put my time to good use as you do not age here<\/p>\n
And after a while and a few nosebleeds I figured out how to breathe in a vacuum<\/p>\n
Which was quite easy if you had a good knowledge of fashions back on earth<\/p>\n
I was a single chap when I flew on the mission but about five years ago<\/p>\n
A passing spaceship crashed on the moon and I met Case who had originated<\/p>\n
From Other Earth which is closer to the earth than the moon<\/p>\n
But it remains unseen as people call it the sky which is totally incorrect<\/p>\n
Well we struck it off straight away as she had an interest in Arts and Crafts movement<\/p>\n
And thought it would be the next big thing on the high street<\/p>\n
She designed the frocks and I designed the accessories<\/p>\n
We hit the big time and nearly all of the major chains stocked our designs<\/p>\n
This year I think that strawberry designs and prints will be in<\/p>\n
And have visited Other Kent to firm up my thoughts<\/p>\n
Case did not travel with me as she was otherwise engaged<\/p>\n
As we now have a son and a daughter who we have named Dune and Dune<\/p>\n
She hopes to be back quite soon and when she does return<\/p>\n
