Cutting Flowers is a barbers shop in the Station Road<\/p>\n
It is also the name of my sisters BF<\/p>\n
Have you noticed that after a shower<\/p>\n
That you sometimes smell slightly of sweat<\/p>\n
I have often travelled on tube trains with<\/p>\n
People who have showered in their chic wet rooms<\/p>\n
And have been forced to alight at the next stop<\/p>\n
Because of the sweet smell of decaying sweat<\/p>\n
My first GF was named Cutting Flowers<\/p>\n
But her English was so poor so we separated after a day<\/p>\n
As I did not understand her many Spanish dialects<\/p>\n
I am an artist and own a large studio<\/p>\n
But my studio is littered with unfinished canvases<\/p>\n
As I have never finished any of my paintings<\/p>\n
My assistant is called Cutting Flowers<\/p>\n
She has no interest in art and uses my studio as somewhere to crash<\/p>\n
The arrangement works for us both<\/p>\n
I have mended the leaking tap and have purchased a red and silver kettle<\/p>\n
The shower in the studio does not work which is inconvenient but I have other showers<\/p>\n
Dotted around the house in the pale blue and river red rooms<\/p>\n
It has been brought to my attention that the tiles around the pool at the Smithfield Lido<\/p>\n
Have been replaced by plain concrete ones which are rough to the touch<\/p>\n
They irritate the skin of all those who come into contact with them<\/p>\n
I will write a letter when I have a moment demanding an explanation<\/p>\n
It is the least I can do as we all have an interest in the Serengeti Leaves<\/p>\n
