Louise was of average height<\/p>\n
But her slim build<\/p>\n
Made her look taller<\/p>\n
Than she actually was<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She had a sandy complexion<\/p>\n
And light brown hair<\/p>\n
Which bleached quickly<\/p>\n
In the Summer Sun<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Although Louise was not<\/p>\n
Conventionally attractive<\/p>\n
Her Beach Blue eyes<\/p>\n
Were not easily forgotten<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I was much darker than my step-twin<\/p>\n
As my parents were Spanish<\/p>\n
This surprised people as we<\/p>\n
Had been born six years apart<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We were known locally as<\/p>\n
The Nebraska Twins<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
